<p>Carrot (Daucus carota), is a type of vegetables that taste sweet and are loaded with vitamin A. Besides carrots also store carbohydrates in large quantities and used to overcome various illnesses, including fever in children.</p>
<p>For the purposes of treatment, choose a light-colored carrots and a little brighter. This indicates that the carrot is still young and fresh. Here are a few carrots for the healing properties:</p>
<p><strong>Overcoming menstrual pain</strong></p>
<p>Take as many as 250 grams carrots. Wash them clean, then sliced. Add a little water and blend. Drink this mixture twice a day.</p>
